Point of View
Friday, September 19th, 2008There was a gloomy guy who didn’t have much hope for the future. He got into an accident and was in cast so that he was restricted in movement alot.
He was admitted in a room with another patient. To his view there were only a view to the door with a big curttain covering the other patient bed while the other patient have a window view.
So during his stay he was bored, he ask the other guy what he sees at the window. The guy always tells him that he see alot of stuff, even joke about clumsy people that falls on the stairs on the walkpath, or describe how a good looking nurse is helping another wheel chair patient.
Soon its was the guy’s discharge day, the other patient had passed away during his stay. Out of curious, he went to the other side of the room to see the view.
It was block by another building and there wasn’t much to see. Later he found out that the other guy was also blind due to brain tumor.
The guy then left feeling that he should look positively in the future like the other patient whom was in a worse state than him.
